Magmec Selected Among 15 Global Mining Technologies at Future Minerals Forum 2026

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – 29 January 2026

Magmec participated in the Future Minerals Forum (FMF) 2026 in Riyadh as part of the Bridge Initiative, a highly-selective program led by Saudi Arabia’s National Industrial Development and Logistics Program (NIDLP) in collaboration with the government’s Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources.

Selected as one of only 15 high-potential mining technology companies globally, Magmec’s inclusion in Bridge 2026 reflects growing institutional interest in technologies that can onshore critical mineral supply chains and industrial production technologies.

During FMF, Magmec engaged in meetings with mining operators, OEMs, investors, and government stakeholders. Discussions centred on securing future offtake structures, developing local raw material supply partnerships, and collaboration frameworks to support the development of a magnesium production facility aligning the project with the Kingdom’s industrial ambitions.

As part of the Forum, the Magmec team was visited by H.E. Mr. Bandar Al Khorayef, Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources. The engagement built on an initial dialogue that began in 2024 and provided an opportunity to present Magmec’s progress and deployment strategy.

Magmec’s participation in FMF reinforces the industry’s interest in the project, and its commitment to working with international partners to support the development of a competitive magnesium supply chain.
